ROUND 4 CHANGES
04 May 2012
This Saturday the Tigers travel to De Winton Park to take on local rival Macleod. Despite their positions being on the opposite ends of the ladder, Heidelberg are bracing for a fierce contest and will be keen to avenge last year's round 17 loss to the Clouders, a defeat that ultimately cost the Tigers top spot.
Macleod have been dealt possibly the toughest opening draw of any team having already faced expected finalists Montmorency and West Preston-Lakeside as well as reigning premier Bundoora.
The Tigers have made just the one change for the round four clash with spearhead Dale Nolan replacing injured defender Adam Jackson.
Macleod have proven in the three years since their promotion to Division One that they are an incredibly difficult proposition at home and will be looking to take full advantage of this over a relatively new and inexperienced Heidelberg lineup.
Last week Heidelberg held off a strong challenge from Northcote Park to record a hard-fought 19-point win against the Cougars.
Caleb Tiller was exceptional with 5.4 but it was Jess Sinclair who earned BOG honours with an incredible 40-disposal performance.
